The Tracey™ BC PEEK Spray Chamber combines the proven performance of the Tracey design with the durability and chemical resistance of PEEK construction. Engineered for demanding analytical environments, this spray chamber delivers outstanding HF resistance, superior wetting, and consistent precision without the need for internal surface treatments.
- HF Resistance: With resistance up to 5%
- Superior Wetting: PEEK material maintains excellent wetting properties with routine laboratory cleaning.

Tracey Cyclonic Spray Chamber

The Tracey cyclonic spray chamber is Glass Expansion's standard glass cyclonic spray chamber. It gives the best sensitivity, reproducibility, and lowest memory effects for standard ICP analyses.

Tracey PFA44 Spray Chamber
Ultra-pure spray chamber for ICP-MS
The extreme sensitivity of the ICP-MS technique demands exceptional purity in all sample introduction components. This is why we have developed a new range of PFA spray chambers for ICP-MS. The PFA44 spray chamber can be teamed with the OpalMist PFA nebulizer to form the highest purity, most inert sample introduction system available. There is a system to suit most ICP-MS models.

Tracey TFE Spray Chamber
HF-resistant spray chamber for ICP-OES
The Tracey TFE spray chamber replaces the old polypropylene HF-resistant spray chamber. It is made from PTFE (Teflon) which is more chemically resistant than polypropylene. The Tracey TFE spray chambers are specially treated to ensure efficient drainage and they offer better sensitivity and precision than the old polypropylene spray chambers. They can be teamed with HF-resistant nebulizers to form the ideal chemically inert sample introduction system for ICP-OES. There is a system available to suit most ICP-OES models.

Twister Cyclonic Spray Chamber
Reduces solvent load
The Twister cyclonic spray chamber features a central transfer tube that acts as a secondary particle separator helping separate larger aerosol particles from the sample. This reduces solvent load in the plasma without compromising detection limits.

The Cinnabar spray chamber is a mini-cyclonic spray chamber that gives good sensitivity at very low uptakes. The Cinnabar's design and low volume are ideal for the reduction of memory and matrix effects and very fast washout.
